There was once a wonderful children's show called Chuggington, but as soon as the BBC-owned show went on to Disney Juniour in the US, the American version has become a very greedy version with a horrible dub.
Chuggington aired in the UK on Cbeebies in 2008, and still does now. Treehouse TV started to air Chuggington in Canada in 2009 (with the British dub). In March 2010, it started to air on Disney Juniour....and thats when the greed began.
The ratings were high for a show with an American dub that once you hear Dunbar, Action Chugger, Pete, or Vee's voices could make anyone die instantly. These high ratings gave bad things. The UK and Canada had to wait a year for merchandise. The US? About 6 months. They even get their products now before the UK and Canada!
Chuggington recently got renewed for a third season (by BBC) and nothing has aired for the British dub promoting it. But an American advert came on for it today. This is where I draw the line.
LISTEN UP CHUGGINGTON! WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS WRONG TO THE FANS! IF WE CAN WAIT, THE AMERICANS CAN WAIT! WE KNOW THAT THIS IS ONLY FOR THE MONEY! WE ARE ON TO YOU!
FANS! JOIN TOGETHER AND BRING DOWN THIS HORRIBLE FRANCHISE PAIN! WHILE WE STILL CAN!
